These guys are incredible!! So helpful and always go out of their way to provide any assistance/advice you could need.Have renovated twice and both times have come to them for everything from toilets, vanity’s, sinks, taps, and they have always been competitive prices against all the rest.The team are amazing and always make everything so much easier.Cheers!!

Had a look at this store yesterday. Walked around for a good 30minutes. No hello of the sales people, no can we help you. I tried to get their attention while looking at vanities but chatting with each other seemed more important.quite disappointing as they had quite a big selection.

We have used Bathroom Warehouse for our renovations over the past three years and are super impressed by the pricing, products and service from start to finish. Larry and his team go above and beyond and made the what could be a stressful process so much easier and enjoyable for us. Will be coming back here for sure to finish our lucky last bathroom off, thank you so much for being all-round superstars!

Asked Tara if the items we wanted were in stock. She assured us they were. She said we had to pay for the items before ordering.Tara took our money then told us that she could not get the items. She then said that she would try and find replacements.She then proceeded to try and sell stuff that would not suit. Tara was asked to refund the money - because a day had passed the money could not be refunded to the credit card. Tara took the bank details and told us that the money would be refunded in a few days. That was Monday - it is Thursday now.After phoning up it turns out that Tara had not even passed on our banking details for the refund.Would give them negative stars if I could. You know what the real kicker is ? Went to a different place got all the stuff I needed and a $400 dollar tap set extra and it was $1000.00 cheaper.

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank Perry and Larry for their wonderful service after visiting and purchasing a vanity, top, mixer, drain and shower hose from your Osborne Park warehouse. Perry was my first point of contact.  He was very knowledgeable and able to advise me of specific finishing points of the vanity.  He arranged for the unit to be transferred to the warehouse in a timely fashion. On returning to collect the vanity unit, my husband and I were once again given great advice from Perry in purchasing tap and drain.  We liked his common sense approach and attentive nature to our purchase. We met Larry who helped us load the unit into our vehicle.  Both he and Perry were quite humorous and we all laughed at some loading antics.  It's so nice to meet a couple of professional salespersons who are able to relate to customers. We would like to thank Perry and Larry for a positive experience shopping at Bathroom Warehouse. I believe Bathroom Warehouse are lucky to have two great guys working for them.  Hopefully they get a great EOFY bonus.

Cannot recommend this place highly enough. I would not bother shopping elsewhere. Larry and the team were extremely helpful and solved all our bathroom queries. Outstanding service and great quality products.
