Absolute professionals from start to finish. Have had the pleasure of working with them I would think on at least 30-40 properties and wish others had taken my advise to maximise their sale price also. There is no question that the return on investment is minimum tenfold and I used them on my own property. In tight markets sellers are tempted to cut corners and costs when that is the time to really stand out. Staging is vital in today's market and these guys are in my opinion the best in WA after having dealt with so many others.

However, having left the industry and on the other end of the transaction, I chose to do as I had recommended to so many clients and had my investment property furnished for sale. Have used FHSA for over 6 years now and style at least 70% of our homes we sell each year, whether it be a complete install or just to add the extra WOW to an owners existing styling. Presentation is everything when selling a home ! and FHSA just make my job of getting a house sold for an amazing price so much easier. You see i don't think it's whether you can afford to use their styling.... i think it's whether you can afford not to!Our styled homes sell on average in 17 days across all price ranges and we often achieve above the owners expectations even in a corrective market. Kendall is amazing!
